Welcome to the very first (and official) devlog. We are slowly but surely kicking things off here on the blog (and, well, in general, I guess :V), and honestly, it feels incredibly good to just sit down and write about it. The past year has been an absolute whirlwind, from setting the foundation for the studio to setting up our entire Internet presence. Making games or creating software is one thing, but building the entire ecosystem around the studio is a completely different beast.

Let's start with the good news. The Discord server is officially up and running! This is going to be our main hangout spot, a place where we can talk to each other without social media algorithms getting in the way. To make things even sweeter, our custom studio bot is entirely finished and deployed. Coding that little guy took way more time than I care to admit, but seeing it work makes it completely worth the sleep deprivation. Most of our other social media channels are sorted out too, so you will start seeing our name pop up in your feeds. :)

Well, almost everywhere.

This brings me to the rant portion of today. Reddit entirely cockblocked us. We tried setting up our official subreddit, and it was all cool until earlier today when it was banned out of nowhere. Mind you, we only had a single post, which was just the welcoming one. We received no warning, no actual human explanation, just a massive wall slammed right in our faces. It's frustrating when you are just trying to build a genuine space for your growing community and the automated moderation decides you do not get to exist today. I'm trying to appeal the ban, but honestly, who knows how long that will take or if a real person will even look at it. :P

For now, we are pouring all of that community energy straight into Discord. If you want to see what we are actually working on, come chat with us directly.

We have some real game and software development updates coming your way sometime in the future. However, for today, I just wanted to say a proper hello, vent a little bit, and welcome you to the journey.

See you out there!

Best wishes and a tenfold bit of luck,
Daniel, Founder,
